How We Price

Our starting price is $295 per month for routine office cleaning, and every price follows a free 15-minute walkthrough. We would rather give you an honest number from the start than inflate a rate and discount it back down.

Where Savings Genuinely Come From

• Frequency. Moving from five visits a week to three often saves more than any promotional rate, and for many offices it makes no visible difference.
• Bundling services. Combining routine cleaning with periodic deep cleans or window work in one agreement costs less than buying them separately.
• Multi-property agreements. Property managers with several buildings get consolidated billing and better rates across the portfolio.
• Scope precision. A written scope by area means you are not paying for work you do not need. Most savings come from here.

What We Will Not Do

We will not quote a price that cannot cover legal wages, WCB and insurance. If a competitor's number looks impossibly low, do the arithmetic — hours per visit, visits per month, Manitoba minimum wage plus overheads. A price that does not add up ends with rushed visits, missed areas and staff turnover, and you re-quoting the job within months.

No Lock-In, Ever

Every Shallom agreement is month-to-month. There is no discount attached to signing a longer contract because we do not offer longer contracts. If the work is good you will stay; if it is not, you should be free to leave.
